C).malunggay has seven times more Vitamin C than oranges, fout times more calcium and two more times more protein than milk, four times more vitamin A than carrots and three times more potassium than bananas.
Malunggay is possibly safe for most people when taken by mouth in food quantity. The long-term safety of its herbal preparation is unknown.
